We are working on behalf of a reputable regional main build contractor whom are looking to add two Assistant Site Managers to their team due to increased workload and to complement their long term succession planning strategy. Our client is an established name within the built environment with a steady pipeline of work on social housing and new build commercial construction projects. They have a great reputation for retaining staff long term and promoting from within, so are looking for candidates whom are looking for a long term employer that they can develop with in the fullness of time.

We want to speak to Assistant Site Managers whom have either social housing or new build construction experience and are well versed in modern construction methods. Our client is looking for individuals that can adapt to new challenges and workloads whom can easily travel around the central belt of Scotland and the Fife region where the bulk of the work tends to be.
