We are delighted to be working closely with one of Scotlands most recognised leading building contractors to source Quantity Surveyors across the Edinburgh and central Scotland area. Our client has a really exciting portfolio of tendering work in the piepeline across both public and private sectors and are expecting to land a significant proportion of this work. The projects will vary in size from £3m right through to £70m+ and in your role as a Quantity Surveyor, you'll either be part of a team helping to deliver a highly complex major building project or perhaps running your own smaller job autonomously with direct reporting to a Managing Surveyor. This building contractor have delivered some of the most complex and prestigious building projects across the education, healthcare, industrial, leisure and commercial sectors.

We're looking for highly professional candidates with an Honours Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent) and have experience working within a tier 1 build contracting environment ideally. Our client looks for highly driven and personable candidates that can build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders whilst also ensuring a collaborative team approach with colleagues and supply chain partners.
