Site Manager (housebuilding)

Our client, one of the most established housing developers in central Scotland, have an opportunity for an experienced Site Manager for a brand new phased project in the Perthshire region.

This development of over 200 units will be carried out over 4 phases and will be a mix of private and affordable housing plots.

Key Requirements of the Role:
• Ability to deliver projects on time whilst controlling quality
• Co-ordination and control of the project , including staff , labour and subcontractors
• Liaising with Engineers & Architects over design process , solving issues
• Organise and chair sub-contractor , site safety and progress meeting , reporting to management
• Overall compliance with CDM advisor
• Participation in weekly sales build meetings
• Participation in weekly customer care meetings
• Dealing with statutory authorities and local government authorities

Applicants must have the following:-
  • Proven experience in Site Management within the housebuilding sector
  • SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
  • Drivers License

In return you will receive a generous basic salary, pension, company car and bonus (based on plot completions).
