A little background about us - we're now in our 30th year as the leading recruitment consultancy of choice within the Scottish construction sector. We're NOT like any other traditional Recruitment business as we have a unique non-commission based way of working which puts true, consultative and transparent recruitment at the heart of everything that we do. We're based in Stirling, or just on the outskirts in an open plan environment with great transport links to the city centre with great walking routes around the area. We also have a flexible approach to work with nominated days that can be worked from home or the office, whichever is your preference or suits your personal circumstances.

A little about the role - the Recruitment Resourcer is a greatly rewarding but challenging position. Your core focus is on excellent customer management and will involve working closely with Consultants to ensure candidates and clients get the very best experience with us. The main focus of this position is to ensure new and existing candidate attraction, develop and maintain candidate strategies, be the primary point of contact within the team for conducting candidate sourcing through various methods as well as manage, develop and create dynamic and creative marketing content and strategies. The role involves managing multiple work streams at one time, but we'll work with you to help develop time management skills and ensure that you're provided with the best training in the industry. You may be someone with no Recruitment experience whatsoever, which is completely fine as long as you can demonstrate an eagerness and willingness to learn, great telephone manner and communication skills as well as working effectively as part of a team.

Julie joined Contact Scotland in 2019 to head up the Business Support Services team and deliver a recruitment service to companies across all industry sectors. Having been in recruitment for almost 20 years and specialising in the provision of business support staff for the last 12 years, Julie brings a wealth of industry knowledge as well as experience of recruiting in both temporary and permanent markets. In her previous position, Julie successfully opened and developed a recruitment branch from scratch with a brand who was unknown in the Scottish market place. This experience and knowledge is invaluable and will enable Julie to drive the development and success of our Business Support division, one of our newest service offerings.
